Fishy and Trifle doing the popular dance move "Hop in the Saddle". this is a picture of how, for all the little reasons, sometimes it takes 3 hands to guide it in there. its one of the cute little ways that the back door leads to a Deeper kind of togetherness.

this is day 4 of painting Fishy and her Tentacle Beast Boyfriend. i'm calling the day spent making the first painting of fishy and tentacle beast. {actually 2 days, drawing and painting} day two was copying that image to a 24x26 canvas via a gel transfer method. day 3 was 4 hours of painting and an hour of redrawing her head and things and this morning was 6 hours of painting.... she is 4 kinds of ink and latex medium and pencil on canvas. she'll be done after one more night of painting.
i have 41 days left to paint, budgeting 5 days a painting is 8 more paintings !!!
